UTUO Ply Separator Machine can be used to separate piles of the PVC conveyor belts and PU conveyor belts, this is a prepare work before the finger over finger splice and stepped splice. especially for thickness more than 5mm belts, ply splicing can make better splicing result.

Finger Punching is suitable for prepping finger and finger-over-finger splices for PVC and PU belts. UTUO have manual finger punch machine, automatic finger punch machine and pneumatic finger punch machine to meet different requirements on belts width,efficiency or onsite works.

Air cooled splice press is more ligth weight, all in one design, easy to handle features make air cooling press more suitable for field use. besides air cooling press splicing very fast and easy operation. Water cooling press is more economic and good for workshop use.
There are 3 types finger punch machine, manual, pneumatic and automatic punching machine. you can consider the machine types according to your budget. if your have less budget and the splicing belts not too big widht, you can choose manual finger punch machine. and there are different models manual finger punch machine ideal for different width to choose. If you have enough budget you can consider automatic and pneumatic machine, which can make finger punching quickly and easily.
For PVC PU film, if you have ply separator, you can make the film yourself, but if you don’t have one, we can supply the PVC PU films. when you splicing pattern belts, if the pattern conveyor belts buy from us, the silicone mold can match the pattern perfectly. if the pattern belts not from us, you can send us samples to make the mold. or if it is common pattern on maket, we can make the silicone mold directly.
If clients buy full sets splicing machines at one time from us, we can supply 3 patterns silicone molds and 3 rolls PVC or PU film for the splicing work.
